Farah Kanji is a recent transplant from Canada, where SOH was founded. Most recently, Farah was running the recruitment function at Onfido and scaled the organisation from 30 employees to 80 in just 7 months. Now, she spends her time at Founders Factory aligning world-class talent with incubation products, supporting the right internal culture and employer brand amongst cohort and operating teams.
Hung Lee is the Founder & CEO @Workshape.io. Friend and advisor on staffing to many of the top Startups in London. Personally led Talent Acquisition for BraveNewTalent, PeerIndex, Qriously & Thought Machine. Now building Workshape.io – the direct hiring platform for tech
Kristian Bright is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lost My Name, a Google Venture backed personalised publishing startup based in London. Outside of work, Kristian helps to run a community for in-house recruiters in London called DBR. What started as 5 people talking about recruitment over a few beers has grown into a community of over 100 recruiters sharing knowledge, experiences and advice.
It didn’t take take long for Layla Kidwai to realise that she was meant to be in the tech space. After starting her career at American Express and Robert half, she entered the world of tech working at Infusion, Dapasoft, Kijiji, eBay and PayPal. She’s now works at WorldRemit as the Head of Talent where she focuses on recruitment and employer branding.
